The S03 Oxygen Sensor Signal Simulator is a portable electronic tool designed for automotive diagnostics and testing. It primarily simulates the output voltage signal of a 4-Wire O2 Sensor. It helps mechanics and automotive DIY enthusiasts quickly determine if the vehicle's ECU and related wiring are functioning correctly, thereby troubleshooting potential faults in the oxygen sensor itself.
Features:
1. This device simulates oxygen sensor signals.
2. It is specifically designed to simulate four-wire oxygen sensor signals and does not support broadband oxygen sensor signal simulation.
3. The device requires an external 12V-24V power supply for operation.
4. The signal cable from the vehicle's oxygen sensor must be disconnected; otherwise, the vehicle's oxygen sensor signal and the SO3 simulator signal will interfere with each other.
5. It uses a new single-chip microcomputer as the main control chip, providing excellent interference immunity.
6. An 8-digit LED signal voltage display (average) provides clear and accurate readings.
7. The signal voltage adjustment knob can be adjusted with a flat blade or manually by opening the top cover.
Measuring the SO3 Simulator Output Signal:
1. The simulator has eight signal voltage displays.
You can adjust the signal voltage using the rotary knob. The indicator lights show the average signal voltage.
2. Use a vehicle fault code reader to read the oxygen sensor data stream.
3. Use an oscilloscope to view the signal waveform.
4. Use a 5V DC multimeter to measure the signal voltage.
The normal signal voltage is 0-0.9V and fluctuates continuously.
