Regarding configurations A, B, C, and D: while the included accessories and hardware are identical across all four, the sole distinction lies in the software licensing.

The primary functional differences are as follows:

OBDSTAR ECU Master Configuration A covers Passenger Vehicle ECM, TCM, and Body Control Modules; it does not include Motorcycle ECMs. It features built-in support for P003+, MP001, CAN FD, and RH850/V850 adapter functions—all of which are fully integrated directly into the ECU MASTER unit.
OBDSTAR ECU Master Configuration B is the Motorcycle-specific configuration.
OBDSTAR ECU Master Configuration C is the Diesel Vehicle configuration; it does not include Marine (Jet Ski/Watercraft) ECUs.
OBDSTAR ECU Master Configuration D is the Crash Repair configuration. This version does not require the purchase of optional accessories such as the MP001, RH850, or CAN FD adapters.
