getobdtool ("we", "us", and "our") is the operator of getobdtool.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the shipping terms below. These terms are provided to help both parties understand our shipping process, responsibilities, and expectations.

1. General

All orders are subject to product availability. We try to maintain accurate stock information on our Website, but from time to time, stock discrepancies may occur.

If an item in your order is unavailable, we may contact you to confirm whether you would like to wait for the item to be restocked, receive a partial shipment, replace the item, or request a refund for the unavailable item.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected at the time of purchase.

The shipping fee paid at checkout covers shipping costs only. It does not include import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

3. Shipping Warehouses

Orders may be shipped from different warehouses depending on product availability, destination country, and logistics arrangements. Some orders may be shipped from our overseas warehouses, including but not limited to warehouses located in the United States.

The shipping origin may vary by order and may not always be the same as the customer's country or region.

We will determine the shipping warehouse based on inventory availability, delivery address, and logistics efficiency. Customers may not be able to choose a specific shipping warehouse unless this option is clearly provided on the product page or during checkout.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Estimated Transit Time for Local Warehouse Shipments

For orders shipped from a warehouse within the customer's destination country, the estimated transit time is generally 2 - 7 business days.

4.2 Estimated Transit Time for International Shipments

For orders shipped from a warehouse outside the customer's destination country, the estimated transit time is generally 4 - 22 business days.

International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, remote delivery areas, or other factors beyond our control.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during standard business hours, excluding public holidays. During holidays or peak seasons, processing and dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can only change the delivery address before the order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

4.5 P.O. Box, APO/FPO, and Military Addresses

P.O. Box, APO/FPO, and military address delivery may not be available for all orders, products, shipping methods, or destinations.

If we are unable to ship to the address provided, we will contact you to request an alternative address.

4.6 Items Out of Stock

If one or more items in your order are out of stock, we may ship the available items first and ship the remaining items once they become available, or we may contact you to confirm your preferred solution.

4.7 Delivery Time Exceeded

If your delivery time has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us so that we can assist with an investigation.

Please note that customs clearance delays, local carrier delays, incorrect delivery information, failed delivery attempts, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect the final delivery time.

5. Tracking Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link by email, where available.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Duties, Taxes, and Customs Clearance

6.1 Sales Tax

Sales tax, if applicable, may be charged at checkout according to the rules shown on the Website.

6.2 Import Duties and Taxes

Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country, if applicable, are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

These charges are the customer's responsibility and must be paid by the customer when required by the local customs authority, government agency, or shipping carrier.

getobdtool is not responsible for any import duties, taxes, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or similar charges charged in the destination country.

6.3 Customs Clearance

Customers are responsible for completing any required customs clearance procedures in the destination country. This may include providing documents, paying applicable duties or taxes, and responding to requests from customs authorities or shipping carriers.

If a package is delayed, returned, abandoned, confiscated, or destroyed due to the customer's failure to complete customs clearance, provide required information, or pay applicable charges, getobdtool will not be responsible for any resulting loss, delay, additional cost, or non-delivery.

7. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If you receive a parcel that appears to be damaged in transit, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.

If possible, please take clear photos of the damaged package and damaged item before opening or discarding the packaging. These photos may be required for carrier investigation or claim processing.

If the parcel is visibly damaged at the time of delivery, you may refuse the parcel and contact us for further assistance.

8. Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Refunds, replacements, or other solutions may be processed after the shipping carrier completes its investigation and confirms the parcel status.

9. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We can accept cancellations before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to cancel it, and you may need to follow our return process after receiving the item.

10. Returns

10.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

getobdtool accepts returns due to change of mind as long as a return request is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return shipping.

Once the returned item is received and accepted, we will process the refund according to our return policy. Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10.2 Warranty Returns

getobdtool will honor valid warranty claims, provided that the claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the item.

Customers may be required to pre-pay return shipping for warranty claims. If the warranty claim is approved, we may reimburse the return shipping cost or provide another suitable solution, depending on the case.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you can expect us to process your warranty claim within 7 business days.

If the warranty claim is approved, you may receive one of the following solutions:

(a) a refund to your original payment method;

(b) store credit;

(c) a replacement item, if stock is available.

11. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

getobdtool is not responsible for failed delivery, delivery delays, returned packages, or additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may be required to resend the package.
