1.How could I get samples from Getobdtool Website ?

We can supply some free samples ( total value under US 10 dollars) if you have a FedEx, DHL, UPS, EMS or TNT account .

2. How can I get your wholesale price list?

The price show on the website is for retail , if you want big quantity or you are our drop-shipper, we will have a better wholesale price for you, Please send us email for our price list and order information.  Or we can also have a free chat on Whatsapp, Skype , MSN.

3. Can we have our logo or company name to be printed on your products or the package?

Yes. We are professional on OEM. We can help you to add your logo on the machine, gift box .The extra cost is according to different quantity.

4. How to place an order ?

For retail order, you can place order directly in our website, while for wholesale order, Please send us your inquiry,after we quoted,if we reach a agreement,you can send us your purchase order by email. Or  ask us to send  you a PROFORMA INVOICE or SALES CONTRACT for your order. 

5. Can you arrange the transportation for us ?

Yes. We also help you to arrange all kinds of good scan via sea, air or express agency (DHL,UPS,TNT,EMS,FedEx etc).We’d like to help you to find the most profitable way.

6. How can the products be sent to us?

For small quantity or weight less than 100 kgs, sent usually by courier(DHL, UPS, EMS, TNT & FEDEX).For orders from 100 to 500 kgs, either by air or sea. 

7. What’s your usual payment term for orders?

We accept terms of Wire Transfer (T/T) in advance or L/C at sight,and T/T preferable under US$50,000 per order. For smaller order,Western Union and  paypal is also acceptable.

8. What’s the warranty of your products?

One year. During this one year,if there is any problem  of the quality,the importer can send the goods to the us by post office or EMS,after we got the goods,we will send you a perfect one to you,the transportation fee is shared by both of importer and exporter.

9. How can we become your sole distributor?

If you can sell our products USD5,000 to USD20,000 per month, you could be one of our distributors in your city or area; If you can sell our products worth more than USD50,000 per month, you could be our sole distributor in the country.
